Refund Policy

At Vals HR Solutions, we are committed to providing you with quality service tailored to your specific needs. As our services are personalized and tailored to your needs, the following reimbursement conditions apply.

1. Nature of services

Our human resources services are professional and intellectual in nature, delivered on the basis of a personalized mandate. As such, once the service has begun (e.g., analysis, document preparation, initial meeting), no refunds will be possible for hours already worked.

2. Cancellation before the start of the mandate

You can cancel your service request free of charge if no analysis or service has been initiated. To do so, you must send a written request to the following address:

A full refund will then be issued to you within 5 to 10 business days.

3. Mandates cancelled en route

In the event of cancellation of a current mandate:

  • Hours already worked will be billed pro rata, according to the rate agreed in the contract.

  • Expenses incurred (e.g. travel, administrative fees) are not reimbursable.

  • No refunds will be made for a service already delivered (e.g.: deliverables sent, meetings held, advice given verbally or in writing).

4. Postponement or modification of the service

In some cases, it is possible to postpone a service already scheduled to a later date, free of charge, with a minimum notice of 48 business hours.
Any postponement or modification less than 48 hours in advance could result in a fee of 25 to 50% of the planned amount, depending on the conditions defined in the agreement.

5. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., serious illness, disaster, family emergency), each situation will be evaluated with compassion. A deferral or credit may be offered, at the discretion of Vals HR Solutions.
